INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING FILTER COFFEE (about 1 cup of coffee)

Coffee is very inconsistent, just a little deviation can affect the flavor/taste of the cup.

Rose shares some of her experiences in brewing filter coffee so that everyone can make a delicious cup of coffee for themselves.

PREPARE:

* Ground coffee: 15-25gr depending on preference (1/3 filter S6, S7)

* Coffee filter: The filter that makes enough for 1 cup (you should not use a filter that is too large to make 1 cup, the coffee will be diluted and not standard).

* Boiling water: Boiling water temperature is about 95-98%, (boiled water is cooled down a little).

* Sugar (if drinking black coffee): ~ 8gr (2 spoons)

* Condensed milk (if drinking milk coffee): 20ml

Rose often uses Green Southern Star.

HOW TO BREW:

1. Put coffee powder into about 1/3 of the filter.

2. Use gauze to press evenly

- If you press too lightly, the coffee will be diluted

- If you press too hard, it will be clogged and the coffee will not flow down.

3. Pour boiling water into the filter lid, almost covering it. Place the filter on top of the water just poured.

Purpose: Let the coffee at the bottom of the filter expand evenly and do not let the residue (fine powder) fall into the cup.

4. Pour enough boiling water on top of the filter, and wait 15 seconds for the coffee on the surface to expand.

5. Pour the amount of water according to your preference in a spiral from the inside out around the filter instead of pouring at one point, which will cause the water to flow straight into the cup without going through the coffee, leading to dilution.

(Hint: 1/3 of the filter should have enough water to make 60ml of coffee. Combine with 2 tablespoons of sugar or 20ml of milk).
