We aim to play a proactive role in ensuring the rights of workers in our supply chain are upheld, as well as advocating for wider changes in labour practices to enable systematic progress. We ensure that the artisan groups we work with exercise full discretion in determining their prices and the payment method that best fits their needs.

We work with artisan community to support employment and skill development opportunities for underserved women. We believe in protecting women’s rights, and we participate in campaigns to raise awareness about women-owned small business issues that affect women around the world.
