How to care for mother of pearl

A mother of pearl items are made of natural material specially used for serving and eating caviar and pther functions. These items are handmade from mother of pearl shells found near the coast of Vietnam. You will find a range of mother of pearl spoons from different periods and in unique designs.

Care instructions with mother of pearl spoon

• NO ACID - Our product is 100% made by sea shell. So, acidic or ammonia contained ingredients would harm your product. Avoid it.
• It is not dishwasher safe
• Clean it with warm water and a general soap, it is recommended to use plant-based or castle soap for cleaning. Hand wash with mild soap. Avoid harsh abrasives to preserve the best condition.
• The whole piece of spoon was made in 1 seashell. So, no worries if you totally immerse it in water for cleaning.
• After use - To keep it in good condition and good looking, dip a soft cleaning tower with olive oil, rub over spoon gently. Polish it with a piece of silk afterward. Make sure it is dry before you out it back to shell.
